15 Apr Autism Awareness
This coming Saturday, there will be a 5K in support of Autism Awareness. In years past, I would have simply having acknowledged the date and moved on. There was no way that I could run a 5K. Now, I have the fitness ability to run a 5K whenever I want. I can participate and get involved. This week, it is Autism (http://www.aimwalk.org/about-autism-involves-me-aim-walk/). Next week, it is the Race for the Cure and Breast Cancer.
Can you make this type of difference in your own life? The answer is “Yes!” Commitment to health and fitness can radically change your life. Start with small steps and watch the changes happen.
