28 May A Basic Formula for Becoming Physically Healthy
Becoming physically fit is a simple formula.
1. Get plenty of rest.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Stay away from processed sugar.
4. Stay physically active.
5. Burn more calories than you take in (to lose weight).
There are a lot of diet plans out there and a lot of science to back up their claims, but if you need a starting point, here it is. Simplicity always wins out in my book.
Diet & Exercise! There is nothing like it.
